The North Platte branches of Mid-Continent Public Library (Camden Point, Dearborn and Edgerton) are expected to close sometime in November for an estimated eight weeks to do building renovations. The exact date will be announced in the coming weeks. Customers will be able to use any of the other MCPL branches to check-out and return books. The closest branches to Camden Point would be Platte City, Weston, Smithville, and Boardwalk. Weston is now open after the renovation there and The Platte City branch is now closed.
